FAQ

Do you charge any convenience or processing fees?

No! Theatre Aspen does not charge any fees on any tickets or pass sales. The ticket price you see online is the ticket price you pay, regardless of if you purchase online, in person, or over the phone.

 

Are tickets or passes refundable?

We are unable to offer refunds on tickets or passes.

 

Can we exchange tickets for a different performance time?

We allow unlimited ticket exchanges for season pass holders (depending on availability).

 

Where are season pass holders seated?

We have a large block of our Prime Seats (Yellow) held for passholders at every performance.

 

I’d like to upgrade my season pass tickets to Premium Seats (Blue), is that possible?

Absolutely! We charge a flat price of $30 per ticket to upgrade. Contact the box office for more information.

 

I’d like to upgrade my Preview Pass season pass tickets to a non-preview performance, is that possible?

Yep! We charge a flat price of $30 per ticket to do so. Contact the box office for more information.

I’d like to upgrade my season pass tickets to an Opening Night performance, is that possible?

Of course! We charge a flat price of $30 per ticket to upgrade to Opening Night. Contact the box office for more information.

 

Is there a student/senior price available?

No, however we do offer reduced pricing for Godspell. We occasionally run promotions on student tickets for some performances. Keep your eye out!

 

Are lap children or infants allowed into the theatre without a ticket?

No. All audience members, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Theatre Aspen productions are not recommended for children under the age of 4. Please visit the individual show pages on our website for show-specific age recommendations.

 

Is there parking available at the theater?

Parking is available at the Rio Grande Parking Plaza. There is no parking directly at the venue.

 

I have issues with mobility, and the path to the theatre can be a struggle. What should I do?

No worries! We have a wheelchair available for use. If you require assistance, please email boxoffice@theatreaspen.org prior to the performance and one of our ushers or staff will be glad to assist you.
