Summer 2026 Refund Policy

• Summer 2026 Refund Policy 
  • All camps and summer shows have a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of registration
  • 50% of tuition is non-refundable if cancelled after June 1st
  • 100% is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the beginning of their camp
  • Credit will still be offered as an option instead of refunds, but at the same levels as refunds listed above. Choose which option is easier for your family. 
  • The refund policy for students who are registered off of the waitlist for a camp remain the same as campers who were never on the waitlist. Once your registration is processed, you are subject to the same refund policies as all other customers. 
  • Registrations for Summer 2026 Productions (Little Mermaid/Something Rotten) are final and no refunds or credit will be issued. 
  • Customers are responsible for being aware of the Summer 2026 refund policy, as it is readily available on the Theatre Aspen website and you are required to consent to the refund policy upon registering for a camp program. Lack of awareness of the policy is not grounds for an exception to the policy. 

  Why the change in the Summer Refund Policy? 

  We’ve adopted this new policy for a few reasons. Firstly, to simplify our refund system, as with several new programs beginning every week over the summer keeping track of cancellation vs program start dates gets complicated. Secondly, because camps fill up fast! Many folks make their plans for the summer in January/February, cancellations during the summer camp season makes it hard for us to re-fill those spots, and to make adjustments in staffing which is often solidified early in the year.
