Elementary Story Adventures – New Late Spring Classes Added!

Come learn and grow with this in-person class at Theatre Aspen! In our Elementary Story Adventure classes, students will deepen their appreciation for the arts through the exploration of new and classic children’s literature.

 

Artistic expression, performing confidence, and peer collaboration will all be in the spotlight for these fun-filled 5-week sessions. 

 

This class will be taught by Theatre Aspen Education Manager, Elissa Russell.

¡Venga a aprender y perfeccionar sus habilidades de actuación con esta clase de teatro de Aspen que se ofrece GRATIS! En nuestras clases de aventuras de narración de cuentos de primaria, los estudiantes profundizarán su aprecio por las artes a través de la exploración de literatura infantil nueva y clásica. La expresión artística, la confianza en el desempeño y la colaboración entre compañeros son el foco de estas sesiones llenas de diversión.

High School Dance

NEW CLASS!  Always wanted to learn how to move and groove like your favorite Broadway performers? Ready to tackle the award-winning work of the leading choreographers of the great bright way? Welcome to a unique multi-level theatre dance class!

 

We will focus on different foundations of dance while exploring storytelling through movement. Each session you will learn a short combination of your favorite and classic dance musicals. This class will focus on preparing students for open-call dance auditions and tackling choreographic styles. Hone your performance skills and learn choreography from iconic Broadway musicals!

For this class, we are offering students the chance to drop in for individual sessions or save and register for all eight sessions at once.

 

Combos range from Brand New Broadway (SIX) to audition standards (TOO DARN HOT) – Learn them all below!

 

Please note that there will be no classes the week of May 17th (5/18 and 5/20) due to Alice in Wonderland’s technical rehearsals and performances.
